Is your loved one eligible for senior care?

Assisted living and senior care facilities are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each resident. We at Woodcrest Assisted Living want to help your senior loved ones make the most out of their day-to-day life.

But, how will you know if your loved ones are eligible for senior care?

They must:

  • be at least 55+ years of age;
  • be a resident of Minnesota; and
  • have health challenges that require aid to complete their daily personal tasks.

Also, there are waiver programs and insurance plans that can help you and your loved ones with the expenses for senior care, such as Medicaid, the Elderly Waiver, or CADI.

Here at Woodcrest, we accept private pay/co-pay and long-term care insurance as forms of payment. For income-qualified individuals, we offer reduced rents and accept federal rent subsidy. As for qualified low-income residents, we accept Minnesota Group Residential Housing payments for rent and included food costs.
